🕒 How long does it take for my order to be completed?

You will receive your illustration within a maximum of 3 business days after payment. Please note that these are business days, and we do not work on weekends or holidays. If you wish to receive the printed caricature, the delivery time extends to 6 business days from the time of purchase.

 

🌎 Where do you ship to?

Digital caricatures are sent worldwide, while canvas prints of your caricature are currently only shipped to the United States.

 

👥 I want a caricature of more than 6 people, what should I do?

Place your order for more than 6 characters by clicking here.

 

😟 What if I am not happy with my portrait?

You can modify your portrait as many times as you like. We include a free revision policy for minor changes in details or colors. You can make changes to the background, face, position, or add people, pets, or objects for an additional cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the design.

 

🐶 Do pets, vehicles, special objects, or fictional characters count as a person?

Yes, please include them in the number of people in your order.

 

🖼️ What can I upload as a background?

Background options are available at the time of purchase. If you want a custom background, please select the corresponding option and specify the image in the notes.

 

📧 I have a large group of friends or family, what should I do?

No problem, email us at operations@goregalo.com for quotes on jobs that exceed the number of characters allowed on the website.

 

📸 How many photos should I upload?

One photo is enough, but the more details you provide, the better we can interpret your order. Please specify how you want your illustration drawn in the image description and leave the rest to us.

 

📷 What quality should the photo I attach be?

A high-quality photo makes it easier to achieve a more accurate illustration. If there is any problem with the quality of the photo, we will contact you.

 

📬 How is the caricature sent?

Your portrait will initially be sent in high-resolution digital format via email, ready to print on canvases, mugs, or t-shirts. If you want us to print it, once you are satisfied with the design result, we send it to the printer and deliver it to your home.

 

🖼️ Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?

Yes, we impose no restrictions on the use of your portrait. We appreciate it if you tag us on Instagram (@hazmeamarillo) if you share it on social media.

 

💳 What should I do if my payment is rejected by the bank?

Please ensure you inform the bank that you are making an online purchase from abroad and wish to authorize the payment in US dollars. Your bank may have rejected the payment because the transaction is in US dollars and is being processed from abroad. Some banks require special authorization to process international transactions.

If you continue to have problems processing your payment, do not hesitate to contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

 

🧾 Do you send invoices?

Yes, if requested, we can send you an invoice. Please specify "Attach invoice" in the comments to the designer, and we will send you the corresponding invoice along with our tax details.
