In which currency are our prices expressed?
All prices in our store are expressed in US dollars because we prefer NOT to add extra charges for currency exchange.


Why might there be a difference between the initial pricing and the final payment?
The initial pricing is made by an app of a third party that help the user to see the price in their local currency, but it is NOT the value of the final payment. This will be seen in the moment of making the payment and the pricing will depend on the credit card or entities such as PayPal.


Do fictional pets, vehicles, or characters count as people?

Although we would not like to, they do count, and must be included in the number of people in your order. For example, if you want a cartoon of you with 2 pets, the order would count with 3 people in total.


How long does it take to draw my order?
Our team of cartoonists works as fast as they can, but due to the large amount of orders, we will be shipping your cartoon in the next 3 business days after you make the payment. Please note that these are business days, we do not work on weekends or holidays.


How is my cartoon sent?
Your portrait will be sent ONLY in digital format, so it will be emailed to you when it is complete, ready to print or put in a poster, mug, t-shirt or other merchandise.


What if I am not happy with my cartoon?
Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an incredible job. However, sometimes working from a photo makes it difficult to capture the essence of the person.

The price includes 1 (one) free revision for minor changes such as details or colors. For changes of backgrounds, face, positions or addition of people/pets /objects, it must be paid separately.

Please note that no money refunds are made if you are not satisfied with the design and its subsequent free correction.


What can I upload as background?

The options of background for your portrait are the ones available at the moment of purchasing. If you prefer a personalized background, you should choose the option appropiate to this service. Please, do not forget to specify on the notes section which image you want to use as background.


Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?
Yes, absolutely. Unlike some designers, we do not put restrictions on your portrait, it is yours to do whatever you like. Anyway, if you want to upload it to the networks, we appreciate tagging our account on Instagram (@getcartoonizer)


Can I upload a single photo?
Yes, of course. However, when it comes to capturing your essence, the more photos we have the better. Make sure to make it clear how you want your illustration to be drawn in the image description and leave the rest to us.


What quality should the attached photo be?
The higher the quality of the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you. But don't worry, we will let you know if we have any problems.


I have a large group of friends or family, what should I do?
No problem, just email us to helpdesk1@escuderoservices.com and we can discuss bigger jobs.


Do you send invoice?
Yes, we do. Just specify "Attach invoice" in the comments to the designer and we will send you the corresponding invoice along with our tax information.
