What happens after purchase?

After purchasing, you will receive your caricature by email within 3 business days. If any changes are needed, you have 3 days to request revisions and receive the updated version. If you decided to print with us, once you approve the caricature via email, the order will go to print, and you will receive it at your home within 7 business days.

How long does my order take?

The digital illustration will be ready within a maximum of 3 business days after payment. If you chose to receive a framed, canvas, or printed photo, the shipping will be 7 business days after approving the design. Remember, the faster you approve the design, the quicker the printing process will be.

Can I get the printed version if I'm outside the USA?

Yes, our printing facility is based in the USA, and we offer global shipping. However, digital caricatures also can be sent online to any location worldwide, allowing you to print them at your favorite local print shop.
